This 2-year program prepares students for professional activities in the management of construction projects by providing both personal and professional expertise for successful project management and organizational and strategies. This course empowers theoretical and conceptual exploration of construction project management issues, project management mechanisms, resource management, budget and cost management, stakeholder management, contract management, IT applications, information management, and more.
