Brief Profile :  Dr. Aman Chadha is an accomplished academic and researcher, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Program Coordinator in the Management Department at Sunstone, ADYPU. He is also a Master Trainer at the All India Institute of Local Self Government under the Jal Jeevan Mission project. With a PhD from IIIT-Allahabad, his research focuses on Psychological Contracts, Organizational Behavior, Sustainable HRM, and leveraging AI tools for automating HR processes. Dr. Chadha has a strong publication record, including SCI and SSCI-indexed journals, and actively contributes to academia through research, innovation, and startup mentorship, including a NewGen IEDC-funded venture.
